Facilitator Guides:
Session by Session
Each session includes a casual facilitator script to set the tone, core truths and challenges to expect, workbook instructions and teaching prompts, icebreakers and reflection questions, and reminders for sensitive or grace-filled moments.
Session 1
Who God Says You Are
Awaken what has been dormant and realign with God’s design through fasting, breathwork, and intentional reflection. This session helps participants rediscover their God-given identity and understand their bodies as vessels of worship, inviting them to approach wellness with clarity, purpose, and spiritual intention.

- A framework for approaching Holy Health with stewardship and humility
Session 2
The Language of the Body: HRV
Learn to recognize what your body is communicating through signs of stress, rest, and recovery. This session builds awareness that leads to greater consistency, emotional regulation, and peace.

Session 3
God’s Design for Health & Healing
Explore how oxygen, nourishment, and detoxification restore energy from the inside out. This session invites participants to experience healing that flows from cooperation with God’s intentional design.

Session 4
Holy Health Habits & Rhythms I
Shape a home and lifestyle environment that supports rest, recovery, and sustainable health. This session equips participants to build habits that last and nurture long-term stewardship of body and mind.

- Designing an environment that promotes peace and rest
- Understanding recovery as discipleship
- Tools for sustaining healthy rhythms over time
Session 5
Holy Health Habits & Rhythms II
Focus on establishing daily practices of movement, nourishment, and intention. These rhythms ground physical health while strengthening connection with God and cultivating consistency.

Session 6
Living in Holy Health
Integrate spiritual and physical renewal into everyday life. Participants are invited to live, move, and care for their bodies in ways that influence families, communities, and future generations.
